Chin Chun (Angela) Chen, PhD, a 2011 alumna of the CSPP Consulting Psychology Program in San Diego, has received the 2013 Golden Book Award from the Ministry of Economic Affairs in Taiwan, for her book, Reinventing Taiwan Industries Through Transformation, Talent Development, and Success, co-authored with David Dan. 聽The book discusses issues of urgency and importance for leaders in Taiwan, and prepares them to face the complexities of the future via transformational change. Dr. Chen, who returned to her native Taiwan in 2012, currently works as an Organization and Talent Development Manager at TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp.), the largest foundry in the world, where she focuses on corporate talent management and succession.
