Pei has been an organizational consultant working with Fortune 500 clients that include Johnson & Johnson, Wells Fargo, Cedars-Sinai, AT&T, Mattel, Toyota and Bank of America. She participates as a TV commentator on topics regarding human dynamics, including 鈥淲hy People Do Weird Things at Work,鈥 and 鈥淭otally Out of Control People.鈥 Pei is also the host of her own radio talk show called 鈥淭ake My Advice I鈥檓 Not Using It.鈥
Pei is also the best-selling author of two books: Organization Development and Consulting and Mommy What Are Feelings. Her life motto is 鈥淒on鈥檛 die wondering.鈥
